Creates a single gift card order synchronously. The order will be processed immediately and the response will include the gift card details if successful.

Notes:

• Only single item orders are supported (quantity must be 1)
• The API key must have sufficient balance for the order
• Orders are processed in real-time with a timeout of 29 seconds
